Wolfgang Göttert
Has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Being an engineer by education, Wolfgang has leadership experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Process Management and Lean. He worked at Novartis and Roche / Genentech, leading up to 300 FTE’s. He has broad international experience, having worked in US, Ireland and China for extended periods.
His experience includes:
- Leading the Center of Excellence for Technology in Roche Global Engineering
- Initiated and oversaw the global Roche Reliability Engineering program
- Member of the Global Biologics Leadership team with full accountability for Lean and Business Process Management (Oliver Wight Class A)
- Leading Chemical Manufacturing Basel with a production volume of approx. 15 different API’s
- Leading a Global Engineering Project Management group with a portfolio of up to 1 Bio CHF
- Managed major Capital Projects > CHF 50 Mio in Biologics, Sterile and Solids Manufacturing, and others
